Anaerobic Respiration

Outside of biology, working out will represent anaerobic respiration. Lactic Acid Builds up while you work out, it attends when there is a lack of oxygen. Humans Can’t sustain this for a long period of time, it causes pain and tiredness. Anaerobic respiration releases much less energy per glucose molecule than aerobic respiration does. I learned that all types of workouts builds up lactic acid. Even when you’re just running, I thought that it was just physical contact or heavy lifting. I already knew that bench press builds up lactic acid, I learned that from Chris Ingram and Coach McKee in the weight room. This was probably my most favorite objective of all of them and I say this because, something like lifting (That I do everyday) I need to know more about.

  3. I like that you tried to include a video. Anaerobic respiration is a relatively simple thing, but this makes it even simpler. One thing you could've done is make the video window a bit smaller.
