
Alcohol Fermentation is done by yeast and some bacteria. Alcoholic fermentation occurs after glucose enters the cell. The glucose then is broken down into pyruvic acid. Then the acid is converted to CO2, ethanol, and energy for the cell. This process has been taken advantage of to create bread, beer, and wine by people.
